I wrote a handicapping story for The Courier-Journal and its alt-weekly magazine Velocity Weekly. I played against Big Brown and only included him in third in my trifecta, which seems like a great move now that he's drawn post 20.
I had to submit this story over a week ago, so it's a good look into my preliminary thoughts on the Kentucky Derby, using Pyro and Colonel John on top... I should finalize my bets sometime on Friday.

Looks good so far - Pyro and Colonel John got two of the best post draws of the entire field.
I'm jumping off B.Brown due to the 20 hole - and Gayego as well (19).
Looks like Colonel John and Pyro. CJ is the better of the two, in my opinion, but you've got to take Pyro seriously on dirt.
