Wednesday Roundup from Churchill Downs

Another bad day of pick four plays for me, and a grand slam at Belmont where our horse in the final leg finished second.

Rick Dutrow selected post 20 for Derby favorite Big Brown, and it looks like all of the speed is bunched up on the far end, also filly Eight Belles will pass on the Oaks and will instead go against the boys in the Derby.

We get our final workout tomorrow from Dutrow's colt and it will be interesting to see him continue to spin that post position doesn't matter, although it gives him a ready-made excuse should his horse get beat.
